I ♥ Ramen

It is one of my favorite food ever.

I'm a ramen lover☆＾∇゜)♥

There are many tasty ramen place in Japan.

but i had not eaten a real Japanese taste Ramen since i came to US.

That was one of my major problem being here.

Have i gone too far? lol

yea, but that is true from the bottom of my heart.

 I see some ramen place here,

but honestly they are not taste ramen i have eaten in Japan.

They were not taste so good to me.

I felt they are a lack of taste 

due to its no passion in soup, noodle, topping.... everything!!!!! lol

So, i was missing Real Authentic Japanese Ramen so bad.

However...

Found it! lol

That is "Santouka" @ Mitsuwa Market place in San Jose♥

I can call this is "ramen".

I can tell my friend born here this is what ramen taste like in Japan.

I ordered Shio-ramen, which means salt taste.

but it is not only salt, they adding the pork born base soup too.

so it is really deep taste and yummy~ ヽ(=´▽`=)ﾉ♥♥

I got combo "Shio-ramen and rice with salmon eggs." 

also a seasoned egg, which i put inside a ramen when i ate.

if you want to try REAL Japanese taste, go there to eat it !!

jeez... 

im getting be hungry cuz i was thinking about this tasty ramen...lol
