Ground Chicken flake with Spinach★


i have been busy with my study for exams,

I don know whenever i have sooooo much thing to do, I do not know what to do first.
and end up not doing anything hard.... lol

anyway

still i needed to cook dinner because I haven't eaten this whole day :'(

so i cooked this easy quick(?) dinner
something i can make with little effort :)

This type of chicken flake is common for Japanese, and it is yummy also easy to cook. 
you can even preserve it once you cook by putting in tapper or freezing it :)

and of course.... Tasty~

Now, it is your turn to try making it! 
so i wanna put brief recipe here.

you need 

1lb of ground chicken
half bunch of spinach
mayo
miso
powder fish taste seasoning
soy-sauce
mirin (seasoning liquor)
cooking sake
sesame
ginger
sugar 

1. Put some oil and chopped ginger in a pot.

2. Put chicken in a pot putting 2 spoon of sake after oil absorbes the taste of ginger, and stir it with an eggbeater until it get all cooked.
Sake is to get rid of the chicken smell.

3. Put 3 spoon of sugar, 4 of soy-sauce, 2 of mirin, 1 of sake,1 of fish taste seasoning, and quarter cup of water.

4. Keep stirring and put the rid and cook until all water evaporate. (chicken part is done here)

5. Boil Spinach and cut it about 2 inch each.

6. Mix cut spinach with mayo and 1 tea spoon of miso, half tea spoon of sugar, and sesame.

7. Decorate them on hot rice and done
